Ett stort grattis till Michael Sheen (Aro) som fyller 43 år idag!

Den 20 maj så var Michael Sheen (Aro), Christian Serratos (Angela) och Booboo Stewart (Seth) på The 13th Annual Young Hollywood Awards i Los Angeles, Kaliforinen. Michael pratade på eventet också.

MTV och Collider har intervjuat Michael Sheen (Aro) om The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.  Med MTV så pratade han om en stora fightscenen. Med Collider pratade han om sin karaktär och regissören Bill Condon.

What can you say about what you’ll be doing in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn?

MICHAEL SHEEN: It’s the same part that I played before – Aro.

Was there anything you got to discover in playing him this time around, that you hadn’t learned the last time you played him?

SHEEN: He’s more of a presence in these films than he was in New Moon, so I got to explore the character a bit more and probably fleshed it out a bit more. I don’t think that there’s anything that I learned. I just was able to go into the insanity of the character a bit more. I got to show what’s under the surface a bit more this time, which was fun.

How was Bill Condon to work with, as a director?

SHEEN: Bill was wonderful. He was terrific. He’s a very, very friendly, warm person. He obviously has a very varied and interesting body of work, and brought that to bear. He made everyone feel very comfortable. It must be quite hard, coming onto a film where people have already been together for a long time. Each film is a different director and you think, “What’s this one going to be like?” But, everyone really warmed to him and thought he was terrific. I think he did a really good job. It was a huge organizational thing. We had something like 40 new characters being introduced in this film, and the big battle scene took about four or five weeks to film. It was a huge undertaking, and he handled it brilliantly.

When a new director comes on and you already know the characters from having done previous films, do you feel like you know the characters more than the director, or does each director really bring something new out of you?

SHEEN: Personally, I was only on New Moon for two weeks, so it’s not like I got used to it. But, for the other actors, there’s probably a wariness about, “Is this person going to come along and not really get what it is we’re doing, or are they going to try to change it too much?” For a director coming on board, I would imagine there’s the pressure of wanting to make your mark and be different to what other people have done, but at the same time, not wanting to go against the flow of the whole series. I would imagine it’s quite a difficult balance to strike, but everyone seemed very happy on it and seemed to enjoy working with Bill.

Access Hollywood intervjuade Michael Sheen (Aro) tidigare i november på BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards 2010 om The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Han berättar att han kommer börja filma i december och ser fram emot att spela in hans delar av filmerna! Jag kan inte vänta!

Dakota Fanning (Jane) presenterade kategorin British Artist of the Year igår på BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards 2010 och det var ingen mindre än Michael Sheen (Aro) som kammade hem priset i kategorin.

Det har kommit ut lite bilder från hur några The Twilight Saga‘s skådespelare firade Halloween.. var de firade det och hur de var utklädda. Du kan läsa mer och se bilder nedan.

Michael Sheen (Aro) firade Halloween i söndags tillsammans Len Wiseman, Kate Beckinsale och hans dotter Lily som han och Kate har tillsammans. Tycker verkligen att det är bra att Michael och Kate fortfarande är bra vänner även fast de inte är tillsammans längre och gör saker tillsammans med deras dotter Lily!

Charlie Bewley (Demetri) och Alex Meraz (Paul) var på en Halloween fest i Mexiko tillsammans.

Jodelle Ferland (Bree Tanner) twittrade en bild på henne utklädd till Katniss från boken Hunger Spelen. Hon lyckades verkligen med hennes Halloween kostym tycker jag.. men hon skrev även på sin twitter att hon la ner mycket jobb med den.

Kellan Lutz (Emmett) firade Halloween på en klubb i Atlantic City, New Jersey i lördags. Han var utklädd till inget mindre än en sexig boxare! Här nedan ser ni lite bilder med fans från klubben.

Booboo Stewart (Seth) var på ett Halloween event i lördag tillsammans med hans systrar Fivel och Sage som ornades av Children Affected By AIDS Foundation. Booboo ser faktiskt riktigt läskig ut och jag älskar Sage’s SvampBob kostym

BBC News intervjuade nyligen Michael Sheen (Aro) om hans kommande teaterprojekt Passion. Michael kommer både att regissera och vara med i pjäsen! Den beräknas komma ut i april 2011. Du kan läsa mer om projektet här.

Hollywood actor Michael Sheen is to direct and appear in a play in his hometown of Port Talbot for the National Theatre Wales, along with members of the community.

He spoke to BBC Wales’ Matt Murray about how local people can help with the play and why it means so much to him to take part.

He also revealed how a conversation at a bus stop in Baglan, Port Talbot, when he was young had a massive impact on him.
